Lionel Fournier

Lionel’s investment banking career spans over twenty years and covers various quantitative fields including financial engineering, risk management, structured investments and portfolio modelling across all major asset classes including digital assets.

Lionel has held Global Head and Managing Director roles at Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi Group.

With strong expertise in corporate finance and real assets, Lionel has built multiple profitable businesses over the years. Lionel graduated from HEC Paris with an MSc in International Finance.

Maurice Nadjar

Maurice has over 25 years experience in Capital Market and Corporate Finance. In previous roles, Maurice was Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Barclays where he was heading the European and Middle East Emerging Market Equity Trading business. Most recently he has expanded his expertise to alternative investments and structured finance with a strong focus on financing for corporates and collateralised lending across a large spectrum of real assets.

Maurice holds an MSc Degree in Finance from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris.

Jerome Lussan

Jerome is the CEO of Laven Hosting and founder of Leo RegTech Limited. His background includes acting as a COO of a hedge fund and as a financial lawyer at Jones Day.

Jerome has a broad degree of expertise in fund management, specialising in operational risk and regulatory matters with a focus on the alternative sector. His most recent experience covered CTAs (FX and futures) and prior to that he worked in the private equity and real estate sectors. Through his work as a consultant Jerome has covered many funds of hedge funds and single strategies covering equity long short, fixed income, and credit.

Jerome is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and of the CFA Society of the UK. He holds an LLB from the University of Edinburgh. Jerome was previously named by Financial News as one of its 100 Rising Stars, and as one of its 40 under 40 Rising Stars in Hedge Funds. He is also the author of the Financial Times Guide to Investing in Funds.

Sarah Tate

Sarah’s background is in research and development within academia and pharma (GSK). She has also worked in consulting and in business development for start-ups. Sarah holds a PhD from University College London and and MSc from the London School of Economics and has worked at La Haye Capital & Partners since 2018.
